1932 Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients: 

2 Cups Flour 

1/4 Cup Sugar

4 tsp Baking Powder 

1/2 tsp Salt 

1 1/3 Cup Milk 

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter 

Instructions: 

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. 

In a large bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Whisk until evenly combined. Next add the milk and peanut butter. Mix until a dough has formed. 

In a greased bread loaf pan, add all the dough and spread out evenly. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour. Insert a toothpick in the center of the loaf and if it comes out clean it’s done. 

Let the bread cool on a wire rack then slice and serve with jam.
